Gamespot is reporting that Square Enix, makers of the highly-successful Final Fantasy series, have announced they have bought out Eidos Interactive, for a sweet $120 million. Eidos Interactive is best known for developing the Tomb Raider series.

Square Enix also released lifetime to date Final Fantasy figures. Since the first game that released in 1987, 85 million copies of Final Fantasy have been sold. The Final Fantasy series has spanned countless platforms and eras.
