Grand Theft Auto V Announced? [UPDATE]
Andrew Reiner, editor of GameInformer magazine, has just posted on his twitter feed. In his tweet, he states that Rockstar visited the GI offices, the game Rockstar brought with them may ‘have been Grand Theft Auto V.’
Until we get a confirmation from Rockstar or GameInformer, we should take this with a grain of salt. Andrew did not give any more details, such as consoles or any kind of official revealing.
[UPDATE] Andrew Reiner has confirmed that the game brought by Rockstar was Red Dead Redemption, not a future iteration of Grand Theft Auto.

Nope. It was Red Dead Redemption. He just said so in his Twitter.
gta will not go exclusive this generation. its a fact even if the 360 version has it on 3 disic which it wont lol. rockstar would be cutting their profits in half if not a bit more.
It might be a new GTA game for the PSP system or GTA IV DLC plans for the PS3. Unfortunately I can’t see any new GTA game until at least 2011 at the earliest and the next GTA game won’t be GTA V I’m fairly sure of that. It will be something like GTA: Return to Vice City or something like that. GTA V will be released for the PS4 and Xbox 720 when they are released in 3 or 4 years time.

i have herd theres a BIG ps3 exclusive from rockstar to be announced tho..heres hoping that cell processor is gona be made good use fo in gta 5.!! xflop would crash upon sight of the disc entering its flimsy draw.

they just released GTAIV last arpil almost a year old now.
theve just released the first DLC
with 2 to come.
so GTAV wont be out till i would say the soonest of 2012 so why would you announce a game in 2009 for a release in 2012 seriously.
comon sence tells you it wont be announced for a while.
plus arent they making a new max pain game thats going to eat up even more of there time
Yeah bt Max Payne is not being worked on by Rockstar North, I think Rockstar Toronto is doing it with another house. But I agree tht we prob wont see the next GTA until 2011 or 12. Of course we can always pray it will be sooner
Lets just hope its a PS3 exclusive, cuz if its gonna be multiplatform again its just gonna be crap like the last one!! But Rockstar know this so lets hope Take2 just let them get on with it!

Yeah, I doubt Rockstar would announce such a blockbuster so early.

The all new slimmer PSP 3000 comes in with a couple of new upgrades over the 2000 model. Primarily for the Skype functionality, a microphone is onboard along with a reduced glare 4.3″ screen.
